Confirmation of booking will be in the form of an email or SMS, your booking is not confirmed until you receive these.
Within the confirmation booking email, you will receive a QR code, this code is required upon entry into The Ivy.
Should other guests from the booking arrive at #Social before the original booker, they simply need to reference the original booker’s name to gain entry.
Cancellations need to be made 24hr before booking & can be done through the link on your confirmation email.
Failure to attend your booking will result in a “No Show” mark on your name, which will require you to pay a deposit for future bookings.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking with no liability to you.
